If you don't create a system for people to acknowledge or challenge power, or a system to onboard people to create new leaders of the future, then what happens is: people invade your open community and seize the narrative.

There are so many young people in crypto that understand blockchain's role in the future, but don't have space where they can explore ideas or develop.

What you should be doing is developing communities, filtering people from your communities, and developing and nurturing people within.
